I was among the first young women to perform on the theater stage in front of the public in Hebron governorate. I have dedicated 8 years to the field of theater, particularly puppet theater. During this period, I received a range of local and international trainings, including sculpting various types of puppets and animating them, animation techniques, professional clowning, scriptwriting, storytelling, acting, and more.
My journey led me to establish “The Fridge Theater” in its early stages since 2019. Drawing inspiration from the countless discarded fridges on the roadside in my small, fridge-filled hometown, the theater got its name. It has become intertwined with the reality of the village I was born in. My hope is for this theater to be a catalyst for change and development in my village and other marginalized villages.
